The new Range Rover might be out, but the Sport model hasn’t received a new generation yet, so tuners are still playing with the current one and we’re here to give you something from an aftermarket specialist that breaths Range Rovers. We are talking about the Brits from Kahn, which have just released the Range Rover Sport RS300 Vesuvius Edition.
The vehicle is recognizable thanks to the use of exterior features such as front apron lip add-on elements, an RS front grille that uses a 3D mesh, RS vented front wheel arches with integrated front air dams, a Vesuvius Orange-finished grille insert, exhaust side vents that mix the body color with Matte Pearl Grey, LED light strips for the front wheel arches, Kahn enamel wing shields, Kahn branding, Matte Grey door handles, as well as painted floating roof and bonnet stripe.
The SUV rides on Kahn RS Black wheels that come in a size of 22x9.5-inch for the front axle and 22x10.5-inch. The rims can use the original centre caps, while the rear ones come with a concave design.
Under the hood, we find the familiar 3.0-liter SDV6 powerplant that delivers 256 hp at 4,000 rpm and 600 Nm of torque (442.5 lb-ft) at 2,000 rpm, which works with an eight-speed automatic gearbox coming from ZF, allowing the car to play the 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint in 8.4 seconds.
We open the door to find goodies like a RS Vesuvius style diamond quilted & perforated black leather interior with Vesuvius orange trimming, interior fascia trimming, a diamond gear shifter, a Kahn Vesuvius clock, which uses a bezel surround finished with Swarovski diamonds-tinted glass, a quilted and perforated leather finish with orange stitching for the door panel tops, Kahn Vesuvius orange rev counter, a quilted leather finish for the instrument binacle, as well as rear tailgate centre trim 3D carbon finish.
