The 991 generation Porsche 911 is on its way to becoming a style icon. With its simple design, it’s managed to outlast Porsche’s efforts to replace it with models like the 928 and is now instantly recognizable.
Showing perfect coupe form, the new 911 is unlike any other car out there, chiefely because of its innovative layout but also because of the simplicity of the shape. There are no gills, slashes or big wings for the sake of looking cool.
Famed British tuner Kahn Design is no stranger to the magic of the 911, and with the lines of the new one in mind, they set about sculpting something to behold. The project that will revealed in due time gives the German sportscar a widebody look, through fender extenders that wrap around the front and rear arches.
Also new is a set of Kahn’s Monza wheels and the trademark crosshair exhaust. But this is only a preview, because customers who bring their 911 to Kahn will be able to fully customize both the interior and the exterior of their cars.
