We know about the hellaflush culture that implies slammed suspensions and massive amount of negative camber on almost every type of car, especially luxury sedans. While its not a very efficient and functional way to drive your car, it sure attracts lot of attention. It seems to be some sort of a reborn lowrider era.
Japanese tuner and parts provider K-Break, gives us some details over their local VIP hellaflush club, the culture around it and some things you have to do in order to be a member.
Interviewed by XCAR, K-Break president Ohbayasi Kazui tells us how he started the company in 2000, providing aero parts for tuning jobs, after which he expanded its product range with wheels, suspensions, seat covers and lots of car accessories, helping hellaflush enthusiasts further customize their rides.
The VIP culture revolves around modified luxury sedans, especially Lexus ones. Owners spend lots of money on customizing them according to their taste. The cars are also known for showing each oner’s personality. Check the video bellow and see a low 2004 Lexus GS and 2009 Lexus LS 460 cruising just two inches above the asphalt.
