The quoted chart is a compiled ranking of the week’s most shared and/or mentioned songs on Twitter in the United States and is measured by shares over a weeklong period. Considering how big they’ve prepared for Bieber’s next album, we can only assume the freshly customized Ferrari 458 has something to do with it. The West Coast Customs shop just joined the promotional thing, considering they used the same #whatdoyoumean tag all the other celebrities are writing on social networks. Because that’s how it works, the 21-year-old artist is using his fellow singers to promote his upcoming album on social media.
