Justin Bieber Says It Was The Pap’s Fault He Hit Him with His Ferrari in 2013

About two years ago Justin Bieber got in his white Ferrari 458 and barged away from a club, rushing into the Sunset Strip. Like always, crowds of paparazzi were chasing him around, thus making his deploy quite difficult. At some point, when he decided to leave the place it would seem he accidentally hit one of the cameramen on site.

The man sued him, but now the artist’s legal team says it is the poor fellow’s fault, since he was blocking the car. The accident happened back in 2013, when the pop icon was leaving the Laugh Factory stand up comedy club along with his friend Lil Twist. Even though Justin was investigated for hit-and-run, policed cleared the case.

As we previously reported, it appears the man that got hit, later identified as Walter Lee, has filled for a lawsuit last year. The Baby, Baby singer’s response is that the pap’s to blame for the accident. The young pop celebrity claims the photog deliberately stood in front of the moving car. In fact, Bieber doesn’t really believe that the man actually got injured by the hit. According to TMZ, despite claiming serious injuries Lee filmed Bieber just a few days after filling his lawsuit.

It’s not the first time Bieber accuses the paparazzi chasing him of recklessness, since he got his car crashed by a chasing-photog before. In fact, it would appear the Ferrari 458 is some sort of a jinx for Selena Gomez's on-again, off-again boo, since it’s the same car he got rear-ended with back in August, last year.

Not only did he make a big fuzz out of the otherwise lightly hit, by Bieber even brought up Princess Diana’s death, claiming “there should be laws against what I just experienced”.
