Justin Bieber Puts Racing Suit On, Joins Danica Patrick On Stage at ESPY Awards

Teen idol Justin Bieber is a subject to acclaim from fans, as well as criticism and controversy, but either way he still manages to grab the front row at any major event, be it related to music or not. So there is now wonder that we saw him being a part of this year’s ESPY (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly) Awards to present an award last night in Los Angeles.

The Bieb entered the scene wearing a racing driver jumpsuit, joining none other than professional race car driver Danica Patrick, who was wearing a short black satin dress, to present the Best Team Award together.

The Canadian artist, who was accompanied by his girlfriend, Selena Gomez, had a funny exchange of words with Danica regarding the lack of pockets on his suit, before announcing the Dallas Mavericks as the winners of the aforementioned award.

“I don’t really know what to do with my hands,” The Bieb joked. “Just put them down by your side Ricky Bobby,” she replied, making a subtle allusion to Will Ferrell’s character in the film Talladega Nights, which featured plenty of racetrack action.

But Bieber continued, saying "I’m really thrilled to be here tonight because, you know, i'm really into fast car, and fast...” as Danica stopped him and said “Whoa! Fast women? Is that really what you think of me?”.

“No, I was gonna say fast... food,” The innoncent Bieb explained himself.
