Last year, in August, Justin Bieber was traveling around his hometown in Canada with then-girlfriend Selena Gomez when things took a wrong turn. It so happened that the Boyfriend singer was once again being chased by paparazzi, only this time he decided to learn them a lesson, so he hit the vehicle with the ATV. On Thursday, the pop celebrity pleaded guilty to assault and careless driving via videolink at a court in Ontario.
He may have recently turned 21, but Justin Bieber is still far from being a grown up. And if it’s not his tabloid scandals we (unfortunately) hear of now and then that make us say this, it’s the fact he's driving like a teen. On a fast count, we remember of at least five incidents he was involved in. Sure, you most likely heard of Bieber’s throwing eggs scandal he had last year in Calabasas, but we’re talking about traffic offenses here.
This charge may have passed, but according to BBC, more serious legal issues could come of the earlier arrest in Argentina after Bieber and two bodyguards failed to appear in court in April.
Selena Gomez wasn’t charged with anything, which leads us to believe the entire scandal started from Bieber’s side. In fact, the two on-again, off-again singers ended up breaking up shortly after last year’s August arrest.
First time he admits driving reckless
However, as far as we know, this probably is the first time he admits he is guilty.
