Does the name Anna Vives sound familiar in relationship with MotoGP? In case you feel like you've heard this name before, let us help you a bit. Three years ago, Jorge Lorenzo teamed up with Anna Vives, a Down Syndrome sufferer, to create a special helmet for the Catalunya Grand Prix.

Despite her condition, Anna Vives is some sort of a star in Catalunya as she managed to break the habitual perception of people affected by the Down Syndrome and got herself involved in the local art scene. Way before the Catalan GP, Lorenzo asked Anna to draw a helmet design he would wear in his home race.

A rather conservative rider when it comes to his helmets, Lorenzo can be referred to as an "anti-Rossi." The Doctor rarely misses an opportunity to show off a new helmet design and his friendship and long-standing collaboration with helmet graphic artist Aldo Drudi of Drudi Performance is the perfect excuse.

However, the Yamaha rider wanted to wear a more flamboyant helmet in the Catalan GP, and it bore him good luck, as he also won that round. The HJC helmet was then sold in an online auction on eBay and fetched a whopping €27,101 that was the equivalent of $35,369 at that time. The money went to a charity for the benefit of Down Syndrom Sufferers.

The 2015 MotoGP World Champion is back into this game through Skull Rider, a fashion company he owns together with Sito Herrera, the CEO and founder of the CN Group. He commissioned special graphics design to Anna for a limited edition run of sunglasses, and they are now up for grabs.

You can already order the Anna Vives Skull Rider sunglasses from Skull Rider for €30 ($34) and all the proceedings will be directed to Fundacio Itinerarium. If you ever dreamed about a product that would integrate Jorge Lorenzo, MotoGP, fashion, charity, and particular looks, besides plain functionality, here's your chance, albeit for a limited time.
