“Christian Von Koenigsegg was super kind and invited me in on Sunday to give me the full tour of the factory. I have to say that I was impressed before the visit, but after seeing all details and solutions the Swedish car brand rose to a new level in my world, straight up insanely impressive what they have created!” Olsson said.
“Every single little detail was so thought through and perfected that I found myself admiring the smallest little weird details! There must have been at least 10-12 cars in the factory. About 5 Ageras, a few CCXs, a CCXRs and some CCRs. Some going out to customers and some just in for service,” he added.
However, unlike Horacio Pagani, which didn’t allow Jay Leno to drive the Huayra when they met, as the car is very expensive and he didn’t want to take any risk, Mr. Koenigsegg put Olsson behind the wheel of one of his million-dollar hypercars, even though this came with right hand drive. Now that is how you do business Mr. Pagani!
One of the conclusions? Olsson says that his Lamborghini Murcielago LP670 SV now feels “like a slow bus”! Well, guess what? Instead of thinking at upgrading to an Aventador, the star now wants to get his very own Koenigsegg - looking forward to seeing him at next year’s Gumball 3000, but without his Lambo !
And we thought that Porsche had marketing skills...
