Kit Harington is either the best actor for a car commercial or the worst because he's almost never been seen driving. Yet the famous Jon Snow from Game of Thrones took up the mantle for Infiniti in this first commercial of the all-new Q60 Coupe.

Only a week after we called it the most beautiful coupe in the segment, the sleek luxury Machine is being driven by one of the best-known actors on television. Kit Harington will forever be remembered as Jon Snow, just like Daniel Radcliffe is Harry Potter.

It's a shame, as Kit seems to be able to do quite a lot with his acting skills, not just swing a sword around. For the minute-long commercial, he was asked by Infiniti to read the famous poem "The Tyger" by William Blake, which he does in a dramatic way.

While the Lord Commander of the Night's Wath does his thing, the editors sprinkled powerful exhaust sounds from Infiniti's new twin-turbo V6, as well as some fast-paced action. The film ends with an abrupt stop from the Q60 and a knowing glance by Harington.

"What inspires me personally in my life, is a beautiful piece of writing – something which is specific, delicate and beautiful," said Kit Harington.

While Kit doesn't have a big collection of ego-stroking supercars, he did tell the media a very interesting story. Despite bound by his contract not to reveal that Jon Snow is alive, he told a policeman who let him off for speeding.

Maybe Infiniti should give him a Q60 to drive around this year. "Jon Snow Knows Nothing, Is Caught Doing 100 in a 75 Area," the headlines will read. Regardless, he will be in the spotlight only for a short while, as the company has two other commercials that will replace this one soon.
