Jimmie and Chandra Johnson Expecting First Child

Yet, the fact that the man named by the Associated Press "Male Athlete Of The Year 2009” and the Top Sprint Cup Driver of the decade, in the view of the North American media, is expecting, together with his wife, their first child is worth at least a thought.

Jimmie and Chandra Johnson, married since 2004 will become parents sometimes in July, according to a spokesperson for the driver talking to NASCAR. No other details have been offered and Johnson did not make any comments on the news.

Be it as it may, we think congratulations are in order. After all, what better way to end (and start) a decade of successes, than with the arrival of a child.
