For many of us, the fact that Jerry Seinfeld is a car guy is no longer news. At least for quite some time now, we also knew what brand won over his heart and that’s Porsche. That doesn’t mean he doesn’t like anything else, though and his most recent show, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee makes that very clear.
In case you haven’t been up to date with it, you should know it’s exactly what the title says, nothing more, nothing less. He’s taking some of his comedian buddies on trips with various classic cars. While most of the time they run perfectly well and never get him in trouble, it also happened to encounter engine failures at times, ruining the day of some guests, like Sarah Silverman, for example.

In his latest episode, Jerry takes the host of The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon, out for a drive and a small surprise. Or shall we say, wet surprise?

The car he picked for this occasion is a 1956 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible dressed in Cascade Green, one of only 290 that were ever made. This being a Corvette, you can rest assured that there’s decent power coming from under the bonnet, even all these years later.

Theres a 265 cubic inch (4.3-liter) V8 under that bonnet making 240 HP and considering the weight of the car, it’s a decent ride. At the same time, it’s fitted with a 2-speed automatic gearbox that we’re guessing wasn’t all that brilliant.

It’s all looking great for another fun episode with Jerry behind the wheel but there’s a twist. The surprise we mentioned earlier is that the comedian planned on taking Jimmy on a boat ride.

His boat, of course, had to be special as well. It’s a 13-foot Boston Whaler and, it’s basically unsinkable. That’s was also the way it was being marketed back in the day. Now, Jimmy and Jerry are putting it to the test.

However, in order to get it in the water, Jerry now has to do something he never did on TV before (well, actually this is still not on TV but you get the point): take off his pants. This is the part where Fallon simply loses it. Check it out!
