If you’re a fan of the Seinfeld TV series (1989-1998), than you most certainly enjoy Jerry’s “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee” web series. Season 3 just kicked off last month and we’ve already seen celebrities such as Patton Oswalt, Jay Leno or Tina Fey taking rides in a bunch of very cool classic cars.
For the sixth episode, Seinfeld decided it’s time to get together with Jason Alexander, his old TV show colleague and buddy. If the name doesn’t ring a bell (which would be awkward), Jason played George Costanza, the short, stocky, slow-witted, bald man. Or “Lord of the Idiots” if you will.

Unlike Jay Leno and Todd Barry, who got a ride in a 1949 Porsche 356/2 and a 1966 MGB respectively, two of the world’s most renown automobiles, Alexander was taken for a cup of coffee in 1976 AMC Pacer. Also a celebrity of the automotive industry, but for the wrong reasons. Seinfeld describes it as “a total disaster from initial concept to final execution”. Enough said!

Find out more about the Pacer and watch the two going out for a sip on the show’s official website by following this link.
