Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is a show about the funniest people from today and yesteryear. It's not about potted brew, since the coffee is just a pretext to take leisurely strolls in old automobiles. Usually, Jerry Seinfeld has to force the conversation a little bit, but his latest guests is one of the biggest car collectors and aficionados in America, none other than Jay Leno.
While taking a leisurely stroll in a classic Porsche, the two arrive at a Honda NSX mockup/prototype, the connection between the two being that they both have aluminum bodies.

Acura's cameo appearance in the show is a reminder to us that the NSX is a year away from rolling off the dealers' lots. Are we excited? Well, yes. It's got a twin-turbo V6 engine and no less than three electric motors.

The funny thing is, this isn't the first time Leno and Seinfeld were involved with the Acura NSX. Back in 2012, both of them were in the funny Super Bowl commercials. Jerry wanted to be the first guy to own the NSX, buy the witty Leno had something else planned.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
