We’ve all been lusting for a Jeep pickup for quite a while and the vehicle is coming, but we just have to... wait some more. The automotive producer wants to give the Wrangler a bed, but it seems that such a development is coming in 2015 at earliest, as Automotive News reports.
The carmaker’s CEO, Michael Manley, told the aforementioned source that the company will bring a new generation of the Wrangler in 2015-2016, and this will also include a pickup model. We’ll remind you that the last time we saw a pickup with a Jeep badge the calendar showed 1992 and we were looking at a Cherokee-based vehicle.

While you wait, you could always turn to American Expedition Vehicles (AVE) for a conversion kit.
