Jeep Wrangler Hot Rod Looks Like an F1 Car, Might Be Built

The rendering sitting before us looks like the result of a night that saw a tight garage accommodate both a Jeep Wrangler and an F1 car. And while it might seem this is yet another one of the renderings that keep the web crazy these days, there's more to these pixels than that.
The project comes from Yasid Oozear, a digital artist who always enjoys to challenge norms and conventions. However, the aficionado doesn't always keep his wacky contraptions confined to the screen.

Yasid has joined forces with Alexandre Danton, a French builder who enjoys shaping the metal of iconic cars into forms that have "oddball" written all over them.

For instance, the gear head has already come up with a somewhat similar Jeep-based hot rot - the machine was listed for sale, as many other of his creations (here's a Lamborghini Espada that has been given this kind of treatment and was subsequently listed on eBay for $750,000).

Then there's the fact that a gear head on Instagram claims he wants to use this design for an actual Wrangler build.

"Just crazy enough, and willing enough to make something of your design concept ! Have unfortunately inherited a Jeep Wrangler body, and what I have deemed to be worthless ! Looking for a way to create something exciting out of what is otherwise just worthless junk," the man explains.

As you'll notice in the comments section of the Instagram post portraying the machine, I've actually talked to the car lover earlier today, with him claiming the project is starting to take shape, so here's to hoping the dream becomes more than social media chat.

Meanwhile, I'll remind you the idea of mixing the a Hot Rod with an F1 car has already led to the birth of this beast, which also involves Honda S2000 oily bits.

There's quite a bit of room in the garage that is this aficionado's heart, so factory-condition classics and widebody contraptions with turbos poking through the hood can peacefully coexist.
