Scale models come in all shapes and sizes and yet while the 1:18 scale of the Jeep Willis here is nothing special, the rest of the model is anything but ordinary. The thing comes with a trailer, which helps it carry the multitude of combat accessories offered.

The is a pre-production sample of the Willys scale model coming from producer AutoArt and we find it simply superb. We’ll start with the car itself, which shows a pleasing level of attention to detail - from the foldable windshield to the camber angle of the front wheels, there are plenty of stories to be told here.
Like we said, the army offroader is accompanied by a trailer, but this is not here just for the show. This Willys needs all the extra space it can have, as it has to carry an impressive gear. First of all, we have a barrel and canisters for extra fuel.
When it comes to the firepower, we have a Thompson submachine gun, a 1911 Colt handgun, a 50-cal machine gun, as well as a second machine gun. The list even includes helmets for the soldiers and a weapon case.
The list is topped off by the a set of tools, as well as by communication equipment. Our desk has rogered that and is awaiting imediate decoration.

There's quite a bit of room in the garage that is this aficionado's heart, so factory-condition classics and widebody contraptions with turbos poking through the hood can peacefully coexist.
