Jeep Unveils Six New Concepts Ahead of Easter Safari

Two days before the start of the 48th Moab Easter Jeep Safari, the American manufacturer and Mopar debuted no less than six off-road ready concepts. Showcasing the synergy between Jeep Performance Parts and Mopar, this array of unique vehicles makes us wanna step out of our comfort zones, leave the city and challenge every rock and rut of the mighty Moab Desert behind the wheel.

Let's start off with the Jeep Wrangler Level Red. Living up to its name, the Level Red can tackle even high difficulty off-road trails thanks to its 2-inch lift kit, Dana 44 crate axles front and rear and Rock-Trac transfer case. Pair those with a cold-air intake and low-restriction exhaust system and you finally understand why this 3.6-liter engined Jeep is a praiseworthy vehicle out in the wild.

The Pitch Black exterior makes great contrast with the red stripe running along the top of the hood near the bottom of the windshield. But man, those Mopar half doors really give it a wicked profile perspective. And those black wheels with touches of red don't look half-bad either.

Moving on to the MOJO concept, Jeep says the "OJ" in the name stands for (*cue infinite Doge meme jokes here*) "Orange Jeep". Oily metal bits are more or less the same ones that equip the Wrangler Level Red. On the aesthetic front, this concept features prototype LED headlamps and fog lamps, Mopar Rubicon X hood and front bumper, as well as those 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires wrapped around beadlock wheels.

As for the Wrangler Maximum Performance concept, this vehicle is specially designed for those enthusiasts that need three things at any given moment: go-anywhere capability, the safety of a fixed head roof and enough boot space for a weekend's worth of luggage.

This Jeep comes with push-button electric-locking Dana 60 axles, 4.88 gearing, a 4:1 Rock-Trac transfer case to hurdle any trail impediment in its way, 70:1 crawl ratio and 4-inch lift kit.

Mother Nature's hardships are just a matter of putting the Jeep Cherokee Adventurer into low-range mode. This vehicle boasts Trailhawk 4x4 capability thanks to a number of skid plates protecting the front suspension, oil tank and fuel tank. That curious looking thing on its roof is a prototype matte black Mopar roof basket with a bungee net to hold the cargo.

What says "I'm a worthy off-road vehicle" more than the Dakar reference in this Cherokee concept's name? Does Trailhawk 17-inch Satin clear coat wheels with Flame Red pockets suffice? How about the prototype front and rear fascia trim designed for aggressive departure angles or the wide fender flares with riveted bolts that accommodate 33-inch BFGoodrich tires? Yep, this is a really rough-and-ready machine that also happens to look the part.

Last but not least, the Jeep Grand Cherokee EcoDiesel Trail Warrior sits higher than its other concept siblings thanks to a Quadra-Lift air suspension system. Most important features include a prototype roof basket similar to the Cherokee Adventurer's, plenty of space and comfort features for passengers and their gear, tow hooks and rock rails, as well as Satin black 20-inch cast aluminum wheels.

What's your off-road weapon of choice out of these six bad boys from Jeep?
