The Jeep brand is making a strong offensive onto the Italian market, seeing as a compact crossover under their badge will soon be built there under Fiat’s guidance. To make sure all attention eyes are on it, the company is launching a media offensive, featuring most of the models that will be sold there.
The theme is like that of a rugged, nonconformist brand that doesn’t play by the rules and keeps pushing itself to stay interesting. It’s a bit like the automotive equivalent of Johnnie Walker’s ads.
The commercial features such taglines as "Don’t' adapt to conventions". The first video has just been uploaded to Youtube, “Never Adapt” will air in Italy starting this Sunday, October 9th.
The cars featured in it are the Jeep Wrangler, Grand Cherokee and Compass, which should all be individually marketed as well soon.
