Japanese Kit Turns Toyota GT 86 into Lexus Lookalike with Spindle Grille

You've probably never heard of them before, but these folks know what they are doing, especially when it comes to Toyota. The package they designed is called LF-SPORT, and that fact alone should give you an idea of what to expect from it.

That's right, it marries the affordable coupe's body with the distinctive front end design of a Lexus. More correctly, it gives you the Lexus spindle grille, which after its debut in 2012 on the GS sedan has been fitted to everything.

The rest of Aimgain's kit is just like the Rocket Bunny package. All fenders get massive flares that leave room for the installation of extra-wide tires. The LF-SPORT adds 30 mm at the front and enhances the rear by 50 mm. The rear bumper is also enhanced by the addition of four exhaust pipes, a carbon fiber spoiler and an air diffuser.

The tuning company also gives you the option not to order for the flared arches, in which case some bulky side sills will draw all your attention. As an option, a D1-style carbon fiber rear wing can be installed.

This kit has already been used by a number of different customizers. Some added a racecar interior, others played with the lights package and played with the colors. You can check everything out in the photo gallery below.
