One of the greatest things about the way the new MV Agustas look is beyond any shadow of a doubt the awesome 3-in-3 exhaust. Unfortunately, if one plans to ride the F3 in Japan, the stylish exhaust must be ditched and a classic, HUGE, silencer can must be installed.
Alongside all the glorious design which has made the MV Agusta badge one of the references when it came to style, the new F3 675 comes loaded with brutal Italian power, because... you've guessed it, that's what a sport bike is supposed to be like: beautiful, powerful and somewhat loud.
However, all the arguments will fail when facing the strict Japanese noise and emissions regulations and MV Agusta was forced to literally ruin the new F3 with the ugly exhaust.
Seriously, what's the point in buying the F3 now? Just to show off the perfect way to destroy the personality of an altogether awesome two-wheeler? We sincerely hope that MV Agusta come up with a new triple exhaust with the same looks and complying with the Japs' standards. Or else, they could very well stop selling the F3... it's useless the way it is now. Really. Does this ring a bell?
