Presented at the Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Jaguar XKR was undoubtedly one of the main attractions of the show, beside the XFR Prototype also known as Jag's fastest vehicle ever. Painted in a lime-green color, the XKR also boasts a number of graphic designs in orange and gray that bring it an even more sportier appearance.

As you can see in the adjacent photos, the car also comes equipped with a number of enhancements, including 21-inch alloy wheels and satin graphite detailing to the front grilles, door mirrors, rear signature blade, side window surrounds, headlights and bonnet louvres, as Carscoop wrote.

As for the engine, the performance figures are quite outstanding, with the supercharged 5.0-liter V8 powerplant generating 530 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. This means the car is even more powerful than the stock model that reaches sixty in 4.6 seconds.

Other tweaks include a lowered suspension system and customized exhaust system that generates a more aggressive sound than the stock versions.

"The XKR 'Goodwood Special' has been developed as a one-off to explore the harder side of the XKR's character and allow our engineering team to explore some performance boundaries. The Festival of Speed gives us the opportunity to have fun in a high performance car without all the practical and legal requirements of driving on the road getting in the way," Mike O'Driscoll, Jaguar Cars managing direct said.

Jaguar also brought at the show several other models which had a say in past motoring: 1957 Le Mans winners Long Nose D-Type and Jaguar C-Type. Alongside them, the "only one in the world" Jaguar XJ13, equipped with its 5l V12, 502 hop engine, will also be attending.
