Jaguar XJ Gets an Arden Touch

The new Jaguar XJ is a very interesting vehicle, as it manages to mix old and new elements to create a spectacular cocktail. And this is just the tip of the iceberg, as the vehicle is packed with technology - we'll only mention its aluminum construction that allows it to keep the weight down, increasing efficiency and all-round performance.

But what if you like the XJ and want to have something special, something that will make the car yours? Well, the obvious thing to do is to turn to aftermarket developers. To make things easier, we'll tell you that one of the top Jaguar tuners, Arden, has just released a modification kit for the premium saloon.

The vehicle's exterior has been gifted with a discreet styling kit, that offers it a bespoke appearance, but doesn't come with exaggerated details. The front end now offers a stainless steel mesh grille, a set of LED fog lights, as well as the company's now retired cat emblem.

If you are to you ask us, Arden could've skipped this last element. We understand the nostalgia, but the emblem doesn't seem to fit Jag's new styling cues. The cat now rides on a set of custom lightweight alloy rims that use a two-tone finish and a multi-spoke design (more versions available).

Arden has also played with the XJ's powerplants, but the company has not revealed the exact specifications yet.

As for the interior, this can receive a new identity, as customers can choose to have it finished with Conolly Leather or Alcantara and ask the tuner to install carbon fiber, aluminum or wood trimming. In addition to that, Arden offer a special interior lighting.
