Jaguar Launched the Academy of Sports

Jaguar has just launched the Jaguar Academy of Sport, which aims to celebrate, recognize and inspire the very best of British sporting talents. The Academy will have a Bursary Fund meant to supports the new athletes, which will be celebrated during an annual award ceremony.

The launch was planned by Influence, the marketing, PR and communications and digital group which created and managed the Jaguar Academy of Sport for the British car manufacturer. The reception took place at the Berkeley Hotel in London and was attended by British sporting legends and Jaguar Academy of Sport Patrons, Sir Ian Botham, Gareth Edwards, Dame Kelly Holmes, Denise Lewis, Sir Stephen Redgrave and David Beckham via video message.

Jaguar Academy of Sport Ambassadors, Jamie Baulch, Dave Brailsford, Martin Brundle, Tasha Danvers, Jessica Ennis, Mark Foster, Colin Jackson, Dave Roberts, Shane Williams and Michael Vaughan were also in attendance.

Influence were the ideal partners to develop the program with Jaguar and we leveraged their expertise in sports marketing, communications and digital.”
