English based automaker Jaguar has recently reveled its new F-Type release date, scheduled to become available on April 20th 2013.
Jaguar said that their dealerships had lots of requests from possible buyers to keep them informed about the new Jaguar. Also the car maker claims that it has received over 500 pre-orders for the F-Type already.
The sexy F-Type, supposed to be the successor of the famous Jaguar E-Type, was first seen at the Musee Rodin in Paris last year. It is a two-seater roadster, built on an aluminum chassis to save weight. In that matter, even the double wishbone suspension is made from the same lightweight material.
F-Type’s interior is driver-oriented and feels very sporty. A grab-handle protudes from the center console on the passenger side that blocks the view to the instruments from that side and also makes the driver feel couched.
The Jaguar F-Type will be priced at £58,500 for the 3.0-liter V6 model, £67,500 for the V6 S and £79,950 for the 5.0-liter V8 engined version.
