The brand new Jaguar F-Type Coupe was led onto the stage by a 550 PS supercharged heart as it made its debut today at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
A successor to the E-Type Coupe, this brand new two-door model has been derived from its roadster brother and offers a traditional hatchback boot for extra luggage capacity. However, while the F-Coupe remembers its past, its attention is firmly fixated on the future. Its design, crisp and modern, moves you in equal measure to the visceral sound of the engine.

The new Leaper will be available with two other engines besides the 550 hp supercharged unit fitted to the R Coupe. The most basic and cheapest car gets a 340 hp supercharged V6, while the F-Type S Coupe will offer a 380 hp version of that unit, plus bigger wheels, orange metallic trim inside and butterfly valves for the exhaust.

Britain's idea of a Corvette is nothing if not luxurious and classy.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
