This exquisite piece of automotive art has, in case you forgot, made its debut in Frankfurt last year, after which it made its first arrival on North American shores at the 2011 LA Auto Show. Now, the RWD hybrid sportscar of the 21st century is taking on the 2012 Canadian Auto Show, held from February 17 to 26 in Toronto.
The C-X15 is like the E-type for the modern era. It’s got two seats and is more compact than the XK, as it measures 4,445 mm (175 inches) in length, 2,048 mm (80.6 inches) in width and 1,297 mm (51 inches). Jaguar says their sportscar tips the scales at 1,600kg (3,527 lbs) and has the perfect 50-50 weight distribution.

Under the sculpted bonnet is a brand new powertrain, a 3.0-liter supercharged V6 that produces 380 horsepower on its own. That’s impressive for a unit of this size, buy the car has an additional electric motor coupled to the eight-speed automatic box, adding 95 more hp.

Also on display from JLR at the 2012 Canadian Auto Show will be the 2012 Jaguar XF, XK, XJ and C-X16, as well as the 2012 Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Evoque, and LR4.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
