The latest video Ja Rule released is for “SuperStar,” one of the songs on his 2012 album Pain Is Love 2, which hit the market while he was serving a 28-month sentence for attempted illegal gun possession and tax evasion. Fans can see the Queens rapper sharing his addiction to the fast life while cruising down the Las Vegas Strip in Rolls-Royce’s most expensive model, the Phantom Drophead Coupe.
This fellow has been pretty busy since his early release, in May last year. The 38-year old rapper has been working at a memoir titled Unruly: The Highs and Lows of Becoming a Man and also starred in the Christian drama I’m in Love with a Church Girl. Meanwhile folks are waiting for his first album since PIL2, to be released in 2015.

As to the luxury ride he took on the streets, well you already know it’s the most expensive one of Rolls’ models. The two-door four-seat convertible features rearward opening coach doors and a two-tone color scheme that delineates between the upper and lower bodywork and frames the teak wood panelling of the convertible’s tonneau cover. And like its creators knew what type of fancy people would actually pay hundred-thousand dollars for this car, the exterior is available in more than 44,000 color combinations.

All in all, the car continues Rolls-Royce’s current design theme, premiered on the Phantom, combining features of luxuriant 1930s Art Deco with cold 21st century “techno-modern.” In other words, this convertible is just the perfect car for rappers to have in their videos.
