We all know that in our day and age, technology is doing things never though possible, but what we're about to see is a bit too much.
This commercial, made by Bcuce Milan (an Italian Advertising company), is actually pretty creative. It starts out with a close up on someone that looks like a doctor: dressed in a white shirt, with a black tie and white walls all around, as you would expect in a medic's office.
The phone rings and he has a conversation that suggests he is talking to a person. As the conversation develops, the shot widens, exposing a window through which we can see that the man is actually sitting in a service.
Actually, this video is advertising BMW's teleservice automatic call, a feature that monitors fluid levels (e.g. engine oil) or wear-and-tear of the components (e.g. brake pads) and, if service is needed, your BMW automatically relays all service-related data to your BMW Service Centre and a specialist will call you to make an appointment.
Of course, the dialogue part is fictive and there will be a long time until we'll actually be able to talk to our cars (telephone or not).
