It's not the Girl, but the Roland Sands ProStep Custom Handlebars

Sorry, but we simply could not help putting the blonde as the frontlady for this piece... however we do believe there was absolutely no harm done, was it?

All in all, this piece of news deals with some very nifty aftermarket handlebars from the Roland Sands Design (RSD) collection, the ProStep. In case you want to add major style points to your ride, changing the handlebars is one of the relatively easy ways, as it usually involves now sawing, welding, painting and the like.

What you need to consider is that the bigger the handlebars, the longer clutch, brake and throttle lines you have to get. The RSD ProStep bars come in three sizes: 4”, 6.5” and 12”, all in two finishes. Thanks to the special billet ring, the RSD ProStep bars can be all black or with a chromed upper half (Black Ops and Contrast Cut, respectively).

Since the bottom part is 1 ¼ “ (32mm) thick, you'll need special risers or clamps; you can get RSD ones or choose your own. The upper half is 1” tube (25mm), already drilled for internal wiring, so the ProStep are ready to replace your stock bars. The biggest version retails for $289.95 (€214), while the other two are $10 (€7.5) less.
