Isuzu Off-Road Experience at Sandringham Fair

Japanese manufacturer Isuzu decided to showcase the off road capabilities of some of its vehicles at this year's Sandringham Game and Country Fair, an event which will be held on September 11 and 12 in Sandringham Park.

The challenge will give those attending the event the chance to test their off-road driving skills aboard the Isuzu Rodeo (or D-MAX), several of which will be sent to the venue. The offering of Rodeo models for the event includes the Denver (equipped with a 2.5l engine) and LE (equipped with a 3.0l powerplant) trims.

According to the carmaker, the Sandringham Game and Country Fair will become some sort of a more elaborate test drive for future customers, with the scenery changing from that of a city dealership into a natural one.

“We decided the best way to help show-goers fully appreciate the all-terrain capabilities of our rugged Rodeo range was to build our very own off-road course,”
said Kenyon Neads, Isuzu UK Marketing director.

“We expect it to be a real highlight of the event, and all those who take up the challenge are sure to be impressed by the Rodeo’s versatility as an all-conditions workhorse.”

For the record, an autoevolution team had the chance to test the Rodeo a while back and found it to be a vehicle which “delivers more than you'd expect.“ The entire autoevolution test drive of the Isuzu Rodeo, which by the way took place in the wild and untamed mountains, and not in the city, can be found by accessing this link.
