They say that one man’s trash is another man’s treasure and we are here to give you another example of how that goes around. Recently, an I, Robot prop car was seen on top of a Canadian barge, being some sort of local attraction.
So, what was the Audi RSQ prototype doing there? Well, according to Jalopnik, we are dealing with a prop that was simply left behind after the movie was shot. Local found it and temporarily “parked” it on top of a garbage barge (which was attached to a warship that will be sinked, but this is another story), turning it into a point of interest, to use GPS language.
We have to explain the aforementioned quotes: this isn’t a drivable machine: we are talking about a fiberglass creation, which was used for scenes in which the details didn’t matter.
The final touch in this story? the prop is for sale, so if you want a piece of I, Robot head over to Jalopnik.
