Citroen... or more precisely the DS brand has enlisted the help of one of the most famous people in the fashion world. No, it's not that Karl Lagerfeld guy and his cat because Opel did that already. You've probably never heard about Iris Apfel, but she is a legend in the business.
At 94 years, she has seen it all and done it all, not to mention the fact that she is older than everybody's grandma.

She is known as "the rare bird of fashion" and became famous in the 50s. She and her husband Carl founded Old World Weavers, a textile company that was hired by no less than nine presidents for restorations of the White House (Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, and Clinton).

Fashion brands from all over the world use her distinctive portrait while her words are quoted all over the Internet. So for DS to score Iris Apfel as the face of the new 3 is a major achievement.

The DS3 was the car that re-launched the brand and remains the most popular DS model. For 2016, it features a new chrome grille design in addition to the LED headlights that it received last year. The rear of the car now has 3D LED lights and other styling changes.

This little 3-door hatchback is among the top-3 cars that are always connected to the fashion world, along with the Fiat 500 and MINI Cooper. The stylish French hatchback is now available with more personalization options, including new colors and fabrics.

On the tech side, the DS3 now features Active City Brake that reduces the chances of a crash at speeds of under 30 km/h. Inside, you get Mirror Screen functionality that features Apple CarPlay or Android Auto on the car’s new seven-inch touchscreen.

As a response to the latest automatic MINI models, the DS3 can be ordered with a 1.2-liter turbo engine making 110PS and a new EAT6 automatic six-speed gearbox. In place of the old Racing models, you can now order the DS3 Performance, which delivers 208 HP and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) from a 1.6-liter THP unit, the same one used by the Peugeot 208 GTi.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
