Always looking to bring the ultimate driving experience at the tips of your fingertips and keeping just one foot ahead of everyone else, the BMW engineers today announced a new, revolutionary technology for its upcoming models.
Dubbed Force Injection Booster, the new system is comprised of artificial G-force technology that simulates the effects of spirited driving, even at slow speeds for a truly thrilling ride at all times. No more boring commutes!

The system (FIB) will work at speeds up to 20 mph (32 km/h) by extracting kinetic energy from the car’s engine and converting it in positive g-forces that are then channelled directly at the driver and passengers through the AC vents while a mild electric current will stimulate your legs through the seats to give you the same sensation you get when driving at high speeds.

Its creator, Professor Mika Notbetrü, Head of BMW Innovation described the new FIB tech as ‘Mind-blowingly unbelievable’. That means a lot, coming from someone called Notbetrü.

The FIB will be joined by another new device called BMW AirNet that will make sure your hair won’t be messed with during these fun times, keeping you style intact at all times.

April 1, 2014 is the official launch date for these new technologies and you can find more info at 0800 093 6161 or by emailing [email protected].
