There's rather little I could tell you about this video, save for the fact that it appears to have been recorded by a CCTV camera in Turkey. The funny dancing and the guy who comes crashing like a moron straight into the wall, however, remain outside the fathomable border of my imagination.
Now, we've all see countless videos of people acting funny in front of the surveillance cameras, so this chap and his silly dance moves is not exactly a weird thing. It's still a mystery whether his monkey side steps were part of the dance or his way of getting out of the way of the incoming bike.
As for the rider, it's good to see him wear a helmet: his swift encounter with the wall could have meant less teeth in his mouth and even further injuries. Silly as (reportedly) wheeling in such a space might be for occasional stunt riders, I can only hope this rider will think twice before doing it again.
