It may look like a cut from Final Destination, you pick which of them, but this is happening in the real life. The cause of this freaky crash is once more, a dash of speed and an idiot van driver.
While we first were focused on the rider, we missed the real cause of the accident altogether: rewinding the video we can clearly see who the moral author of the crash is and the guy who should be in fact paying for all the damages.
The crash was caused by the dumb driver of the back van approaching from the right, not taking enough time to observe the incoming car and steering in front of it. The silver car driver swerves to the right, trying to avoid crashing into the black van, but hits the innocent rider waiting at the red traffic light, completely unaware of what's going to happen.
That's how some completely innocent road users are injured because one driver is too idiot to look ahead for incoming traffic prior to steering left.
