We were telling you earlier about that special shop in Japan that sells only Initial D replica Toyota AE 86s, the same one that Takumi was driving in the original manga.
World famous diecast models producer AutoArt went there to document for their new 1:18 Initial D AE 86 diecast model and they recently made it available for purchase.
As you can see bellow in the pictures, Takumi’s hachi-roku is an exact scale model replica, with all the bits and pieces that made it instantly recognizable - black side stripes and hood, yellow square foglights, the black multispoke rims, racing seat and everything.
AutoArt is currently the only diecast manufacturer that makes the Initial D AE 86. The details are pretty impressive. Everything opens and the interior is nicely put together. Check it out bellow and go here to shop for it.
