One of the most important novelties for Honda’s “Year of the SUV” is just around the corner. On July 12th, hopefully, all our questions regarding the all-new sixth-generation CR-V compact crossover SUV will be answered, officially.
Naturally, the spied, leaked, and thoroughly yet unofficially rendered 2023 Honda CR-V is getting a copious number of teasers from the Japanese automaker’s marketing department itself. And, so far, we have seen both glimpses of the exterior design (focused on the bold exterior lighting technologies), as well as a quick CGI peek inside an uncamouflaged interior to reveal the eleventh-gen Civic-inspired cockpit.
Feeling all sporty and modern, but also complete with “fine craftsmanship” and “upscale touches” is never enough, though. Enthusiasts will probably want more, even if the automaker is not willing to share everything just yet. Well, no worries since there is an entire virtual automotive realm filled with artists ready to do just that.
The good folks over at the AutoYa info channel on YouTube have imagined the looks of the upcoming compact crossover SUV, both inside and out, while also holding an inspection of all the details that have been revealed so far. Plus, as it has become customary with their unofficial model releases, there are also some popular color choices for those who always crave more.
Honda is not going to hit any extremes with the sixth generation CR-V, especially not when it wants to catch up to the best-selling Toyota RAV4 rival in North America. Alas, the serious exterior design looks composed enough to satisfy most finicalities and still conquer new market share.
Plus, there is always the choice of personalization – one that is vast and funky, at least as far as this unofficial look is concerned, both inside and outside! Still, do remember to always take all these unofficial visions with a healthy dose of salt. Luckily, we also do not have to wait long before more official details will finally be revealed.
