Indian Motorcycle has launched the free phone application called "Indian Rides", a fun and useful mobile technology tool for both owners and fans. The app is available for both Android and Apple for immediate download free of charge.
According to Indian Motorcycles it "allows bikers to display their current map location, view weather conditions and advisories, find and contact nearby Indian dealers; search for local service like gas stations, restaurants and lodging with integrated direct dialing, save way-points of interest, track and save favorite rides and routes, and easily share saved routes on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook."
Even more, on the fun side, the Indian Rides also comes with a throttle simulator which replicates the sound of the all-new Indian engine.
