While last week we showed you a distinctly Evoque-esque Tata 4x4, Indian ‘tuner’ and ‘car customizer’ has struck again, this time with something we thoroughly do not approve of. It attempts to be a replica of the famous ‘Eleanor’ Mustang from the movie ‘Gone in 60 Seconds’ - it fails.
In a similar manner to this man’s Pagani Zonda replica, this particular one is based on a very basic front-wheel drive chassis from a Daewoo Lacetti - yes, a Daewoo Lacetti. It wass therefor wrong even before they started stripping the Lacetti’s body away to make room for the ‘custom Mustang’ body panels - they should have started with a proportional rear-wheel driven chassis as it would have been a much better effort that way, we say!

While we do appreciate the work and craftsmanship that has gone into making this car, we say it is a waste of time and an insult to true petrol heads (if there are any left, that is), as it will never fool anybody who knows their stuff. We hope to see a properly modified car by BigDaddyCustoms, soon!
