It looks like Polaris has confirmed the rumors of intending to bring both the Indian and Victory motorcycles to India. However, while grouping all the three brands in mega-dealerships was regarded by some as a good way to keep advertising and operational expenses on the low side, the Indian riders will enjoy separate showrooms for Polaris, Indian and Victory, Autocar India reports.
This is only the first step for Polaris' motorcycle brands on Indian soil and we can vouch that the prices will be really high as both Victory and Indian bikes will arrive in India as Completely Built Units (CBU).

As far as pricing is concerned, the big rival Harley-Davidson has the upper hand, as they are to sell CKD (Completely Knocked-Down) machinery in India, with a significant price difference compared even to their own CBU bikes.

However, it's the first step which is the hardest to take, and given Polaris' involvement with the two, we can hope they'll try to close this gap. For a more insightful view on Polaris and Indian Motorcycles, please read this piece.
