Here's another weird video from the ex-Soviet space, showing us how a very normal situation can transform into a bike crash, for absolutely no apparent reason.
We simply ruled out the braking system malfunction, because this simply does not seem to explain why the rider smashed directly into the car. If you looks closely, even if the brakes stopped working, there still was a lot of room for the bike to swerve gently around the stopped car and then come to a halt.
Some mentioned target fixation, but there was absolutely no imminent danger to trigger the over-focusing: the guy simply rides away and runs into the other car as if it wasn't there! Even though we ruled out the defective brakes, we can't do the same with drug or alcohol abuse, since they might explain a lot. Weird stuff!
