Imperium Builds One-off Bentley Continental GT for Rich UK Client

Why settle with a ‘simple’ luxury vehicle, when you have the money to ask for a unique, bespoke, expensive ride? That was probably what the wealthy British entrepreneur who commissioned the package you see in the adjacent images was thinking when he went to the aftermarket specialists at Imperium.

While the tuners kept the buyer’s identity a secret, they did take the time to offer some details on the project, which comes in the form of a one-off enhancement kit for the Bentley Continental GT.

The client reportedly had his own say in the development of the car, offering constant feedback to Imperium until they reached the final production design. Not only did the client got involved in the styling modifications made to the car, but he also had various performance enhancements in mind.

Visually, the vehicle received multiple bespoke components, such as front and rear aprons, carbon fiber side sills, a discrete boot lid lip and a new diffuser also made from carbon. Moreover, the car sits on one-off ultra light fully forged alloy wheels.

On the other hand, mechanical upgrades come in the form of an optimised braking system, lowered sport suspension, a remapped ECU and a sport exhaust “tailored to the exact level of exhaust noise and depth of sound desired by the client.”

Finally - despite the fact that the images released by Imperium are not revealing the interior of the car - they tell as that they have also played inside it. Luxurious eathers, tailor made carbon fibre, refined wood trim, ultra suede or classic black piano finishes, are all present, accompanying an individually built and designed ergonomic sports steering wheel.
