Ignoring Lane Markings Causes Crash in Russia

Some drivers drive as if they have the entire road surface all to themselves. Sadly, in the real world, most roads are usually clogged-up with traffic, or if they aren’t none are really deserted enough for you to completely ignore lane markings and traffic lights.
This Russian Volga driver clearly thinks it’s OK to make a left turn, all the way from the last lane on the right, while a car was making a right - that car was also equipped with a dash-mounted camera. Everything happens very quickly and only one conclusion can be drawn - the Volga driver should not have been there at that particular moment, and should have waited for traffic to clear up, before attempting the maneuver which ultimately led to the incident.

Always try to be in the correct lane, and if you want to switch lanes or take an exit off a larger boulevard, always be on the lane closest to the sidewalk, on the side where you want to make the turn. Take the Volga driver as an example of what never to do!
