Life aboard a motorcycle can be very easy at times: act like a moron, and karma strikes back at the very next bend on the road.
Wheeling in the city is always a bad idea, especially when a cop sees the occasional stunt rider, but sometimes life itself take its revenge without the lawman's help. Sorry to say it, but this guy was clearly asking for it.
Wheeling and stoppies in or out the turns are a job for pro stunt riders or everyday jobs for MotoGP or World Superbike riders. Taking a better look at this guy's "performance", I'd say he's more of a wheelie popper that a skilled stunter.
Luckily there was no car behind him to run him over; things can go extremely messy in such (rather common) cases.
