Passing on the right is an illegal manner in pretty much all the countries where driving is happening in the left half of the road, and even highways forbid performing such a maneuver, for security reasons.
However, for Russian drivers, such elementary road regulations can be instantaneously dismissed whenever one pleases, or so this video tells us. Now the traffic is definitely not that heavy, so we do believe that the stupid Dacia driver could have used any of the remaining 3 lanes for overtaking the unsuspecting rider.
Instead of simply changing the lane as any other drivers in their right minds would have done, the Logan driver prefers to literally squeeze between the guardrail and the rider, effectively pushing him out of his way from the right side.
Luckily, the rider did not panic and held on firmly to the bike, managing to compensate for the sudden brush-kick he received. Really, good for him: we've seen such scenarios providing work for the coroner's van more than once. We can only hope the idiot driver got a fine to suit the size of his stupidity and ignorance.
