Two years after the Italian coachbuilder Icona unveilled the Fuselage concept car, they've promise to show us it’s new Vulcano concept at this year’s Shanghai Auto Show.
From the teased image you can’t tell too much, apart that it has good-looking top view design. The coachbuilder said it will bring “together the Beauty and the Beast”, taking inspiration from classics like Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato and the Ferrari 288 GTO, which were known for combining raw power with beautiful crafted bodies.
Icona specifies that the Vulcano will have a front mounted 900 hp V12 engine, which will thrust the car from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in less than 10 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph).
Stay tuned to receive more updates as we approach the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show’s opening press day on 19th of April.
