Most riders are used to American brand Icon doing motorcycle apparel, mainly clothing, and only few are familiarized with the team working on bikes as well. The company had just unveiled its latest creation, dubbed Death or Glory. The drop seat rigid bike is “2100cc's of aircooled twin stuffed into a Detroit Bros gooseneck frame,” as Icon says.

Highlights of this new machine include an extremely low aluminum seat, a customized 6-speed transmission, as well as a Barnett Scorpion Lock-up Clutch.

“For some people life is best lived when the choices are simple. When every action can be digitally categorized as right or wrong. When all shades of grey are deleted and you're left with only a singular choice. For those people motorcycle racing is easily summarized - Victory or Failure, Checkers or Defeat, Death or Glory,”
a company statement reads.

Other features include Kawasaki ZX10R front and rear wheels, shod with Conti Blitz 130/90 R17 tires at the front and Dunlop Sportmax 190/55 R17 at the rear. Also included in the package are a hand-formed aluminum gas tank, oil tank and number plate. The rearview mirror is a Mattel Barbie Edition, while the exhaust is a Supertrapp 2-1 Header with Devil GSXR1000 carbon cans.

“The ability to turn bikes, as we've found through countless hours of research, is highly overrated. All you need is a fully equipped machine shop, ten grand worth of welding equipment, an Ebay account, and a complete lack of common sense. All traits that the Icon garage team has in spades,” the statement concludes.
