One of the oldest men in rap industry, Ice-T is also known for his passion for cars. One of the luxuries he likes posing next to a lot is his custom-made gangsta Mercedes SL 65 AMG he calls “The Black Monster.” The Benz was one of the cars presented at the 2nd edition of the CF Charities Supercar Show, in Warminster, Philadelphia, last Sunday.
56-year old Tracy Lauren Marrow has a long and interesting story that goes all the way back when rap was still off tape and when the African-American communities were all divided by gangs. He began his career as a rapper in the 1980s and was signed to Sire Records in 1987, when he released his debut album Rhyme Pays, the first hip-hop album to carry an explicit content sticker.

Rhyme $yndicate Records followed and soon enough the rapper was one of the most famous around. He is the father of eight albums, having collaborated with other artists for another 13 discs. But a lot of people know Ice T from his acting career. He had plenty of roles in television series and movies, including “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” and the reality show he played along his wife, Coco, “Ice loves Coco.”

And the story could go on for hours, but we’re here to talk cars, and that we shall. First on the list we get the Bentley Continental GT dressed-in red. Secondly, is the luxury car he purchased to celebrate his 10th wedding anniversary with his wife, the “iced out” Rolls Royce Ghost boasting 22 inches chrome wheels and an insane white finish. Add a Blue Rag Aston Martin V8 Vantage and you almost have the list completed.

Now, the Mercedes SL 65 AMG Ice-T showed off last weekend is just the perfect beauty. It packs a 6.0-liter, V12 Biturbo 630 horsepower Engine, a monster that takes you to the precious 62 mph (100km/h) mark in only 4 seconds. What is even better, T’s Black Monster was all custom made so it comes with a lot of cool features. But we’ll leave you decide the parts you like most by watching the clip below.
