So, there’s this Kia Rio sedan owner, who we suspect to be not very bright. He or she (this looks like the sort of thing a female driver would do) runs a read light for a relatively busy three-way in Russia. But instead of going about his/her business, puts the Rio in reverse and backs the car up.
